scalpee.com will accept returns or exchanges under all of the following conditions:
- The product has not been used, is in its original packaging with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING and is in re-saleable condition,
- The product is shipped back to us pre-paid by the customer, we do not accept CODs or 3rd-Party billing for returned merchandise, and within 30 days of shipment date,
- The product was purchased from scalpee.com,
- There is a 10% re-stocking fee,
- Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
Defective Product Policy
scalpee.com will accept defective products for return, exchange or full credit, including postage and/or shipping charges, under all of the following conditions:
- The product has not been misused or abused,
- Upon returning/shipping the product back to scalpee.com by the customer, the product is deemed to be factory defective.
scalpee.com reserves the right to deny any return, exchange or store credit, if upon receipt, the product does not meet the conditions of the "Return & Exchange Policy" or the "Defective Product Policy". If so, the product will be shipped back to the purchaser at the purchaser's shipping cost.
